The Magical Artistry of Dan Sperry has been changing the way audiences view a magic show for over ten years. Breaking the stereotypes as a magician with a bag of tricks, Dan Sperry has weaved his own style of creative and imaginative manipulations to turn this unique form of entertainment into a theatrical display of magical performance art enjoyed by audiences of all ages.

Dan is regarded as one of entertainment's most unique individuals and one of America's premier magicians; having entertained thousands around the world and taking the magic industry by storm.

His original and cutting-edge magic has won him numerous awards and honors from his peers. Some include being awarded the 25th Anniversary Champion Lance Burton Award at the World Magic Seminar in Las Vegas, making him an international champion at only 17 years old. Dan was also awarded the Gold Medal champion award from the Magi-Fest and he is also a two-time winner of the Award of Merit from the International Brotherhood of Magicians.

His magic has taken him all across North America and Canada where he has been a featured performer at conventions, corporate functions, night clubs, fundraisers, and as a frequent performer at the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood. Dan is regarded as one of the most unique and original acts in magic and his contemporary style as been hailed as an act with "Class, originality, and upbeat style". His magical talents range from sleight of hand close-up magic to the most imaginative stage routines seen today.

Dan's interest in magic began when he was only four years old when his Grandparents took him to see David Copperfield perform in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since that very night Dan has been infected with the magic bug and would try to invent his own magic tricks and perform them whenever he could find an audience.

At the age of ten Dan turned professional, performing magic in the central Minnesota area at birthday parties, scout banquettes, and schools. As the years passed he has traveled across the United States sharing his unique style of magic with audiences from all walks of life.

Dan has studied under the direction of Dale Salwak of the prestigious Chavez College and Studio of Magic in California and is the youngest non-member magician to not have to audition, but be invited by the president of the Magic Castle and Academy of Magical Arts to perform in the Palace of Mystery at the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, CA. Only a small number of magicians share this honor, some include the late Doug Henning, Lance Burton, and David Copperfield.

While in high school Dan toured with the Christian rock group Carpenter's Tools and was able to share his magic as a ministry tool. Now you can find Dan touring throughout North America with frequent stops in Las Vegas and Hollywood. By now he's accomplished more than some do in a lifetime. He adds a refreshing approach to one of the oldest forms of entertainment and creates a sense of wonder and enjoyment that can be appreciated by audiences of all ages.
