Radio station 97.1 FM did a one-hour special on him. Why? Shimshi made all the listener’s spoons bend – while in their own homes! “When people feel the magic in their own hands, there is nothing like it,” says Shimshi. Shimshi has also been featured on Mondo Magic, presented by the A&E Television network, performing with his unique style of magic.
On April 24th, 2002, he competed in the Magic Olympics competition at the World Famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, California. Facing other world-class magicians, Shimshi took first place and won the Grand Championship gold medal award.
Since living in Las Vegas, Nevada, Shimshi has performed at “The World Greatest Magic Show” – Sahara Hotel and Casino, The “V” Show – Aladdin Resort and Casino, and was welcomed as the resident magician at the world famous Mirage Resort and Casino.
